Just re-installed a fresh copy of the game , and no more problems like
• crash on benchmark 
• very low fps
• stuttering

That seems fine, I would suggest you updating your GPU Drivers Here: http://support.amd.c...uto-detect-tool

 

and 

 

I would highly suggest you buy a Separate GPU, such an AMD 7970, or AMD 7990 (Dual GPU's in One).
