I'm currently on a 168/169 record in races. I never traded race wins with anyone as that's just pathetic in my eyes, racing is so much better against random people who all want to beat each other. LOL I have bad luck too when it comes to races because If I am in first place, people slip stream and take advantage of the catch up which slows me down when I am in first place. Then they proceed to pit me every time. If  try to revenge ram I spin out. Also when I am in first place the moment I look back I run into something or instantly lose control and lose the race. If I made a montage of it it'd be a funny and sad sight ti see. There have been countless times when I am about to win but fate has other plans.

 

Its funny because I used to win alot in GTA IV. Now its the complete opposite and I like the driving better in GTAV. I need to go back to driving 101

Catch up, slip streams, and ramming has pretty much made jumping up ahead from the beginning useless, unless you are good at cutting off people trying to catch your stream without them spinning you out. I usually just get my turbo start to unlock more colors and hang back while keeping a steady pace. Catch a stream or wait for everyone to knock each other out at times work. I got first numerous times right at the end because of stupid drivers trying to take everyone out

I suck at racing.

I get so mad when some douche pits me, or Im in first for 4/5ths of the race then I crash and end up in last place, that I just dont race anymore.

Sometjing like 60 wins 120 losses. I dunno exactly. A lot depends on the class of car. I'd say I am pretty hot with compacts coupes and sports cars. But I find bikes classics muscle and super cars all quite difficult and give me a hard time.

As a result I dont accept many race invites anymore as nearly everyone sets everyrace to supercars and I just cant be bothered.
