Does Michael only get the suit with the blue shirt and red tie as one of the outfits unlocked at the end if you choose the loud approach for the jewelry mission as opposed to the smart way?

No they don't.

I didn't get the suit. I picked the smart way.

I'm really disappointed that none of the characters unlock the

Spoiler
once you finish the game.

I'm disappointed with the unlocks on the whole. The suit and tie unlocked after i did the jewelry store heist on loud. Straight away it was in there.

Every other damned outfit in the game is deliberately held back from you, which is moronic, i think. They should unlock after their respective missions.
