hi. at first sry for my bad english, im german.

i have a problem with the big gangster mod by Jeansowaty (http://gtaforums.com...g-gangster-mod/).

 

every time when i start a new game, it crashes with the following error:

Is your DVD damaged (scratched/cracked)?

no i used the us 1.0 patch; my cd is ok. any ideas?

 

btw. ive got a modded version. i used the all open mod with main.scm. does it have any influence for the game?

You have the German game and you used the US patch 1.01?

The Official Patch 1.01 is intended to remove the modding capabilities of the Version One (First Edition) game.

You need to have a specific version of the .exe to be able to patch it with the limit adjuster that's possibly the problem.
