That's a matter of opinion.. I watched a video which showed all of the views from the ten car apartments and decided that the 400k one did indeed have best view. I didn't want any large buildings blocking my view but I know some people prefer to live in the busy area.

Moral of the story is have a look at the apartments on the internet before you buy and purchase the one which is right for you.

You're opinion. I would rather have the view of the hills than some buildings. I have the $400,000 apartment and I love the view.

The 200K one is the best, in my opinion. It has a decent view and its way cheaper than its clone apartments.

^^^ i had the 200k one before and the view absolutely sucks compared to the 391/400 ones.

You are wrong, i have the 391k alartmet and it has a view of Vinewood and the sign and also the downtown area andthe 400k one is on the opposite side ofthe 391 with a sh*ttier view imo, my buddy has it.

391K has a view on the city and there aren't any big or ugly buildings blocking your view.

I like the one for 223k exact same interior and an awsome dowtown view and I like it as its close to the heliport as I prefer to fly insted of drive as I don't get shot at like when your in a car.

that's mine.  nice view and pretty centrally located.  I didn't go off of pictures.  I just picked based off of what would be the best location for all missions.  that one's awesome.

The 400K apartment gives you a sunset view, rolling hills and "pleasing to the eye" houses and NO construction cranes or the downtown views of mayhem, prostitutes, freeways, industrial complexes, half finished towerblocks.

I lol'd when I saw my view from one of the cheapest 200k ones I forget which of the 2 it was.. but yea, between 2 buildings there is a sliver where you can see the water.. it's just funny how tiny a piece you can see, like a keyhole into a room you can never enter :D

I'll stick with my $200K Alta St. Apartment. I save half the money, get a much better and more practical view of my garage entrance, and I'm in the very centre of the city so I can get anywhere very quickly.

I prefer the 391k view too as it has a better view of the city which I personally would rather have than the hills. Also, did anyone find out which apartment was shown in the trailer?

I have an apt in Tinsel Towers. It was around $235k. Great views of the Vinewood Sign and downtown. Closer to the amenities than the 400k and it saved me enough to buy a Feltzer with the extra cash.

Yea, I've got this one too. Very good location, central and yet it feels hidden. Great view.

I haven't seen pictures but I'm suspecting that the neighboring building is the best, the Weazel Plaza or what it's called.
