What is the one missing feature from GTA SA you felt was needed

Burglaries. The map layout was better in san andreas too.

I didn't like the map layout in SA, It felt too wacky.

 

You are insane dude, SA has like the greatest map ever created in a video game. I can STILL get somewhat lost in it after all these years later.

Casinos, gang war territories, burglaries, girlfriends, 6 stars, and memorable characters. I totally understand why they made the map so small as it had to be seamless online. Also, I totally hated the forced switching characters thing. Totally broke immersion for me. Thank god GTA-O saved it for me, and I might even say, brought back the good ol' gta 3 days where you actually felt like you were the character, and in that world thanks to Claude keeping his yap closed.

Did you just imply that... GTA San Andreas had memorable characters?

 

Anyway, only thing missing for me are driveable trains, although I must admit they were pointless.

Yeah, I agree, I would have loved to drive a train and maybe even have freight side missions to go with it (Like SA)

Since car customization is in already, buying safehouses is the next thing I'd choose. We end up with tons of money at the end, so why not? I was disappointed that they left this feature out. Stupid ass Cockstar. :(

The only thing I liked about bulgaries was that we could go into the interior of houses. Honestly, it was a pretty half-assed feature. I wouldn't complain if it was in V (cause f*ck yoga), but there's better things to add from San Andreas. The one thing I wanted from SA since IV was the return of the jetpack and a sh*tload of weapons in general.

Burglary is the realm of low level crackheads trying to score their next high, that doesn't suit these characters. They're bigger than that, why would Michael go rob a house for a few bucks when he's robbing a bank next week? It makes no sense


Why would Michael rob convenient stores for chump change when he robs from banks? Because it's a game....a sandbox game (which R* seems to be moving a way from with the series; at least in SP).

The vehicle variety was better in SA, also mission variety was bigger.
