The 10-car garage house with cheapest price. That's mine.

I don't care about views because I usually drive outside.

The 2 car garage shack underneath the overpass in La Mesa. Such a beautiful odor and the passing train moves my home 2 inches every time.

Scrub life or no life!

Tinsel Towers. Great View, no wars and campers out front like Eclipse and Downtown.

If I had a choice I'd live in the cheapest scrummiest apartment with a 1 car garage and have a 10 car garage elsewhere.

Weasel plaza. I like the fact that the garage is detached so you have 2 escape options. It makes it harder for people to camp you.

you can also see the garage out of the window so you know if anyones waiting for you...

Now that I think of it I never actually looked out the window after I bought it. I've been through like 5 different apartments and only looked at the view in maybe 2 of them. garage access/location were my main priority. Thanks for the tip!

not sure of address/building but I bought the $400,000 dollar apartment

kind of a waste of money. didn't realize at the time that the 10 car garage/apartments all look a like on the inside

if I had known that I would have went for the cheapest one, which I got for my 2nd character

I have Richard Majestic 101 or something, the highest apartment. Purely for the view. You can see the beach, the downtown area and the hills.

edit: or was it weazel plaza? I think it cost me about 313 thousand.

I don't think so. It's close to the movie studios, and in front of my garage door there's this little plaza with benches that you have to drive around. I think it's the highest apartment in the game.

I don't think the 400k one is the highest in that building. Its apartment #31 & the 391k one is apt #40 which makes me think it's higer

The apartment that costs 400k. I originally had the cheap 10 car apartment near the LSC but figured I'd upgrade to the most expensive apartment. Turns out it was a waste since it's the same as my older apartment, but costs more.

Eclipse Towers, Apt 31. I'm thinking of moving though.

This one for me, I never usually get camped, or, when I do I very rarely get killed, mostly I get a few bullets in my car, possibly a poped tyre, so I'm pretty alright, the secret is, always try to leave when there is a gunfight on, or, leave in a crap car, people dont care about you if its a lower-end car.

Yeah thanks. I spent a lot of time looking at videos of the views before I bought it. Just wanted to get it right the first time so I don't have to switch. I'm pleased with my choice.

I live on 3 Alta St., Apt 57. I like the place because it's close to the insurance place and LSC is a short drive away. There's a train tunnel across the street that you can use to hide from the cops. It doesn't have the camper problem that Eclipse has, but sometimes it gets active and you can watch the occasional gunfight between players from the apartment.

Btw, how is 4 Integrity Way? That building hardly gets mentioned in the forums.

Alta Street aswell,

great location overall.

LSC / Insurance / Helipad / Impound isnt far away either.

You can look at your garage entrance from the windows of your appartement and due to the construction sites etc, there's plenty of opportunities for hiding / ambushing.

As the game is currently, Apartments are THE biggest waste of time.

I have a 10 car garage on the East Side and don't see the need for anything else.

Everything in an apartment is fun for exactly one time. Bong, alcohol, green drink, sit on the couch, lay in bed, shower, telescope, useless time wasting activities.

Plus it seems to make people lazy. People I used to have fun with in FM now idle in their apartments and watch TV which is bizarre... you are sitting in your apartment in real life playing a game where are sitting in an apartment?

I personally find the game way more fun when I have spawn set to last location and only use my garage to change cars and that's it.

When Heists come, I will totally upgrade.

I live in the Richard's Majestic apt 51. I like the location of it because there is LSC about 0,33 miles away and it's not in the middle of nowhere but not really in the middle of the Los Santos, so it was just perfect for me. Still, i don't really like the garage entry cause it's very narrow and i hate when people are camping in front of there and you just can't do anything if they have a MG or sumthing. The views are great too tho.

Mine is the Alta St apt 57. But planning downgrade to a 6-car apartment. The smaller apartment feels more cosy & no need for heist room yet. That if I don't spent the money for car first.

Because it was cheap, came with a 10 car garage, had a decent view and it's incredibly close to the body shop.

The only problem I have with this location is that when you're exiting the garage in your personal vehicle the system literally pushes you out on the street beyond your control into oncoming traffic.
