Event will take place every Friday at 6pm west coast- 7 pm gmt --8 pm central-- 9 east coast
This is the Gang Land Roleplay for GTA V on the xbox 360
You are not allowed to kill or attack anybody us you are provoked or assaulted by another gang member
Their will a be a minimum of 2 gangs with a minimum of 3 Cops if its a full lobby.
Gang Members must listen to what the gang leaders says and can rebel against the gang leader if they are not running the gang right. U try start a revolt and get a gang leader to do stuff they normally wouldnt do. If you kill them you will get kicked out of the gang and u will have to join another one or start your. U can take people from that gang but only a max of 2 people can come with u.
No ass gunning- You cannot pull out a two handed weapon unless you get in your car or you are at your gang hideout.
U have to have a minimum of 2 players to start up a gang for the roleplay. At the beginning u will have to pick preset gangs after the beta is done you will be able to pick custom classes and gang you will have to sign up for the website.
No random death-matching that means killing cops or gang members for no reason at all. If a cop is searching you and you dont have drugs on you u have to abide by the stop by the officer. If you have drugs you can run but cant kill them b4 u run u can after. If you have illegal weapons you can run but they will just kill if u shoot or try to attack em. Once you have player cops it will be extremely hard to try and get away from.
Illegal weapons are Assault weapons explosives and submachine guns so all other weapons are allowed to be held onto. Do not lie to the Police Officer that is doing the traffic stop because cops will call the Gang Leader to see what you have in ur inventory. You get one warning for having Illegal weapons and they get confiscated.
Running with confiscated weapons or drugs will get you a 15 minute jail time and that will hurt your gang's progress.
If you Run from cops for no reason that is not alot they are trying to do their job.
If you get arrested you will only be for 5-10 minutes or less depending on what you had on you.
New Life rule is when you are killed by a gang member or cop and cannot act like u have hatred or try to revenge kill that person. The only time u can break NLR is if somebody witnessed the kill or whatever happened.
If you are killed some drugs will allow to break NLR later on when we get done with the beta.
Revenge Killing is not allowed in the game unless its a legit gang reason. Cops cannot do drugs but can be dirty cops to some extent as long as it doesnt ruin the game
Gang Vault- This is where the Gang Leader will store all the stuff in the hideout you cannot go in this unless your gang leader he will put everything in here. Cops cant break into the gang vault unless alot of shiz goes down where their are drugs coming out of house a wanted person being in the house. They cannot confiscate all of it they only can take 25% of what they find but all drugs will destroyed-
Gang Takeovers--If u are trying to take over a gang hideout u must have ur territory touching their base if it is then you can have LTS at that Hideout- U have to Inform the gang leader- Defenders cannot come back and neither can attackers. If u attack the Gang Hideout 3 times and succesfully attack kill all members you will receive half of the properties and territories and stuff that is in the gang vault. You must win alot of gang wars with territories and gang fights etc to get your rep up.
Gang Hideout--U must go back to gangout if your a gangmember. You can only patrol your territory or your Hideout and u cant go outside of it for 5 minutes possibly 10 depending on frequency of deaths.
Must try to apprehend all criminals unless shot at by weapons or their life is danger they can take action if a criminal/ gangster is running you can try to ram their car with the squad car. If you total the car or get it smoking they must stop the car and give up or run on foot. If your car gets totaled you cant pursue the chase but call back up or get the license plate number. U cant get their Description physically unless you saw them get out of the car and you were up close.
If a Gang member gets out of a certain range he will still be wanted for car number and description if held by the above. Once they are wanted you are allowed to search for them in the gang hideouts and do raids with tear gas etc. U are not allowed to kill or arrest people that are not the suspect.
Cops try and protect the streets of Los Santos and the surrounding areas to make a safe area for all to live in. Cops try use Stuns guns and melee to apprehend people in the game. If u are endangered u can have weapons out.
Cops cannot use Assault Weapons or Smgs unless their a gang war or anything related that has hurt the police force.
Do not raid gang hideouts unless you get evidence about drugs etc. Gangs can set each other up for raids but it is bad because the cops will screw you over in the end.
Cops main loadout is regular pistol or combat pistol and body armor. Cops can use shotguns only if fire is taken from gangs and etc. Cops can pull over gang members for bullet holes-Broken headlights--Speeding--Speed traps and anything you can get pulled over in real life. This will be challenging for the gang members. U cannot use the map to your advantage as a cop if you will not be one again and you will get suspended in the role play because its to easy to use map to advantage. You will be caught.
Credits will be used for the Gang Leaders to buy Territories-Drugs-Weapons-Cars- and more.

Attachments- 5 Credits each will be saved for the gang but only 1 person at a time. Suppressors are not allowed--
During a Territory war the Attackers can retreat and stop the attack and not gain or lose if anything if their are heavy casualties--Defenders have to fight until last man--Once a retreat is called Defenders can kill attackers in the Territory but out can not-

Chop Shop( allows you to repair your vehicles without losing credits-Will receive new car every 3 days-After 3 Roleplay if still held will receive a fast car)

Bar(allows you to receive molotov Cocktails to burn down other properties of other gangs)

Flight School(Must take 1 Roleplay to get jets to fly--Cannot be abused and must used in avaliable airports or uncharted area--Costs credits to buy planes/ jets)

(U can have 5 weed plants max per gang unless you have territory with property for it or gang ability)
Weed 3 Days to Grow(12 credits per seed but u keep the seed until the fourth grow that it crumbles because it has been used to much)

Abilities for smoking weed(25% off for weapons when smoked costs 3 credits every half day(Very good with big shipments of weapons)-Acts happy and must eat food alot and is chill as hell)--If used for personal with no advantages its 1 credit to get high)

2 Days to grow-30 credit per seed is used for whole roleplay
1 coca plant- 25 credits every grow
2 coca plants- 55 credits every grow
3 coca plants- 90 credits every grow
(5 credits to use very expensive but able to use max body armor until dead)--Reduced fear factor when u used. Very Addictive)

Supplies for meth=5 credits per lab
1 lab is 15 credits
2 labs is 25 Credits
3 labs is 35 credits
(You dont have to go back to gang hide out if killed)--Addictive must be used until end of roleplay)--If it blows up 25% chance of death or property damage--(Receive Light body armor cannot use more then that)-3 Credits per use of meth when killed u have to use again
