I really need it. I just found the french version of "Perdono" by Tiziano Ferro (), I think it sounds way better in french rather than in italian. More than "pop" I'd like to hear something more "soul" or anyway something that has a faster rhytm. I have just discovered Monsieur Nov and Les Nubians and I like this music very much, but I'd like to have some suggestions from french people. Other artists I know from France are Charles Aznavour and Booba but I'm not looking for that kind of music.

Plasticines aren't pure pop but they might as well be. It's just Strokes-inspired pop punk with an all-female cast. Dunno if that's what you're looking for but there you go.

More than that kind of pop I was looking for something more R&B, like this guy

Coeur De Pirate, she's not explicitly French (French Canadian), but she's absolutely brilliant.
