Arrrgh, I keep orbiting this thread for days now and never dared.
Élyssa "Lucy" Wolfe, born (under different family name) 1974, in a Northern German port town to a Cretian immigrant mother and an unknown father of South-Indian origin. After state authorities found her mother to be entirely unfit to raise children, little Lucy was given into foster ship of the XXXXX family household.
Lucy experienced massive discrimination within and beyond her new family, yet she displayed early the high functioning intellectual capabilities and the social challenges of a child prodigy and never socially connected to her surroundings in the first place. As a saving grace, she never fully connected either to the fact that her foster family turned out very unsuitable indeed for raising children, too; yet she also never received any support in exploring her various talents either, and the feeling of being unappreciated and unwelcome unless she strive to please everybody, "making things right", would affect her for most of her life. As a superior autodidact of very high intelligence, Lucy was capable of mastering practically every skill she set her mind to for a certain amount of time, a talent she however used mostly to adapt survival mechanisms to the hostile environment she had been living in. She finished school with best marks, yet the never tutored and rather un-ambitious Lucy then settled for a wholly unremarkabe job training and career as a clerk in an office service firm.
Some years into that job, however, Lucy would do a small project for a local field employee of the Raven Inc., an international think tank and intelligence-gatherer. She soon caught the attention of her client for her remarkable yet woefully under-challenged talents, while Lucy in turn soon sniffed out some "irregularities" in the portfolio of Raven Inc.: Doing "international troubleshooting without much red tape involved", i.e. Black Ops.
Eventually a job offer by Raven Inc. was made. Just having passed her 27th birthday, always an interesting threshold in adult's life to rethink life's choices, Lucy found herself at the crossroads of two monumentally different venues to explore: Decline and remain a good, under-performing worker bee in the office management machine, eventually burn out by probably 40 with the thin hopes to at least enjoying then some happy early retirement (and maybe a gaming career).
Or make the leap, and put her talents to international use and make a difference beyond the rules of the machine.
Several eventful years later, Lucy goes by the name of Ms. Wolfe (a name taken up for reasons only known to closest friends). She is the CEO of San Andreas' local branch of Raven Inc., still officially dealing with "international counseling". In San Andreas, Raven Inc. have been acclaimed for their connection to the mysterious and wide spread SecuroServ network. In various circles there is persistent rumors however that Ms. Wolfe has been involved in several black ops operations all over the country. Other rumors have her also roam the streets going after various criminal gangs plaguing the streets of Los Santos, in a private agenda only known to her.
She is a known collector of classic cars, bikes, and planes, but has yet otherwise hitherto seldom appeared in the "official" high societal public, where she has so far gained most notoriety by occasionally having sealed off an entire golf club for a private round. Ms. Wolfe has also quite a reputation among certain night clubs. Whether, on the long run, the flamboyant Lucy Wolfe will become more settled in Los Santos (she still mainly lives on a Yacht off the coast), buy some luxurious mansion and henceforth appear more on the "Jet Set" of posh parties and casino clubs, remains to be seen.
Her work has probably just begun.
