So I came across a ship from gta4 called the octopus.

There are tons of ship, plane, and other miscellaneous structural wreckage buried in the depths. I'm surprised we don't have a topic yet devoted to it.

It's nice find. Looks like it sailed from LC to LS.

The ship isn't sunk, it's just a stationary ship docked at Los Santos Port.

Oh, now I get it.

After some research, it appears the Octopus was a twin-ship of the Platypus (the ship Nico Bellic arrived to Liberty City on) and was originally docked in Alderney, where it could be found while playing GTA IV. Now, you say you've found it at Port Los Santos so it's a easter egg to signify the ship has sailed from Alderney to Los Santos at some point between the events of both games.

Maybe Niko makes an appearance via a future dlc strangers and freaks missions.....just sayin..... :panic:
