Notes: Pointlessly made the BP Patriot DP to use it for this mission. It turns out that it doesn't matter how many of those things you collect.

So I was gone for a few days sorting out a few things for the Chain Game and now I'm Back! Thanks to everyone who maintained the game by taking lots of turns and of course all players of this round: WildBrick142, Arsen Vitiuk, MrMateczko, zmudziak32, SilentPL, UltraGizmo64, Dap300, lol232, Cristian, Mr.ClaudeFan and Johacamigames.
Round 23 will be launched in a day or so...

I would personally play the Vice City Chain Game if the game wasn't "modified" so much (I'm thinking hidden packages especially).

Anyway, I have the save file ready, I have had it since the weekend - It is modified slightly with Generated Vehicles that you can hunt for - Nothing that modifies the way we get to 100% (Unlike the VC Chain Game as Cristian says)
@Cristian - That Chain Game needs players - I'm the only one that ever tried to keep it active (because if it wasn't for me, the VC Chain Game wouldn't have recovered from Round 14. Also, if it wasn't for WildBrick142 the current round of that game would have been lost due to the save file expiring.) and I would have never played that Chain Game if it wasn't so dead.
What Cristian says about the save file is probably why I don't play the SA Chain Game (along with other 'stuff'). I was thinking of taking a few turns in Round 101 but the Save File didn't work on my PC so I never did...
Round 22 has been finished for two days anyway, we tried so hard to get Round 22 here for the 22nd October that we had to do Rounds 16 - 21 back to back so I just wanted to give everyone a small rest
Round 23, may be up in a few hours or tomorrow. If you want to play it today, please, say so, I'll get it up and running
Edit: Shoumic, is this really the most active, if so, I think I feel proud lol (Though, I'm sure the SA Chain Game has more regular players, III's just come and go)
