If you didn't buy it at the time then no, unless some hackers have worked out a way.
Glad Lola bought all DLC stuff when they came out
Damn, I wish I was around when that was available. Welp, perhaps an update of my qt3.1? Okie. Rebellious school girl works for now.

I'm totally proud with my chick :3
How I made my character:
Randomize until you get John Marston as the father.
I'm not going to tell you my mom's mother/father
.. so fine tune them to your liking.
Have all sliders to the female side
Keep illegal activity to the minimum.
Enjoy! :3
We could be twins…. John Marston, got the skill combination like 12-4-4-4-0-0-0-0, age 24, mom/dad 1/10, turned the first slider to the right to get light-blue eyes, the second to the left to get the female touch – turned out like you but use the "light grey" make up instead of the "smokey eyes" to get a bit natural – sadly I'm in the agency atm, maybe i could post a pic later ^^

I'm amazed on how many males play as females. I suppose I'm right in thinking that 90 percent of females in the game are males in real life. Fair enough if you're making one to represent your wife/girlfriend but what kick do you guys get out of it you don't have one? Let alone posting pictures of them and showing off on a forum that you think a virtual character is "hot". Please help me understand.

Do people get a kick out of playing as a male character then?
Personally speaking, the only reason I chose a female character was it's something different. GTA protagonists have always been male (excluding things like GTA1). Most protagonists in games in general are male. It's boring.
It's no surprise to me, that when given the freedom to have something different from what we've seen before in terms of GTA protagonists, a reasonably large portion of players embrace that opportunity.
I think some people are just very insecure to be so weirded out by the notion of a person playing as a character that possibly does not represent who they are.

Finally got around to making a second character the other day and used some of the tips mentioned in this thread. I ended up with this.

I don't know if its been mentioned but you could try pouring gasoline at your characters feet and lighting it; this will make your character super hot!
edit: I tried it and I can confirm my character is really hot.

Or you can enter an spaceship and fly through Corona, which is the plasma field around the sun and it goes many million kilometers into space from sun. Corona is millions of degrees Celsius hot. In the reality you can't hit the surface of the Sun still when it is only about few thousands degree Celsius on the surface, because you will burn up when you hit the Corona.
Here you can see the Corona when it is total solar Eclipse.

Grandma 5/Grandpa 10
John Marston
Mom had full resemblance towards her mother.
My character is 10% John Marston, most resemblance is pointet towards the mother.

Probably the hair cut and angle. Yeah took me forever to make her look normal lol.

Made her yesterday, pretty happy with how she came out
Grand parent combo 5,9,5,4 with dad 50% for both grandparents, and mom 100% grand mom resemblance.
adjust it till you like

I'm a guy who enjoys playing as a girl? Why? Because I like it, if you think that playing as a girl is for pussies then you like chromed adders with dolar rims for real. Nothing wrong in that, I got a male as well so doesn't mean anything... besides, extra items.
OT: I think my character is fine, at least doesn't look like a meth-head. The combination was a challenge but in the end I consider her one of the best combinations you can get in the creator:
By the way, 8 hours of work-out and 4 of legal work ruins the skin.

taking into consideration the characters, i would of liked to create an oldish, fat, bearded biker and join a biker gang, but it wasnt to be, so a female character was choice for the second slot, i dont use her much, but the option is there if im ever bored and grinding out missions with my main character
my first attempt at creating a female was awful, clearly im no expert, although my second attempt was better
