Hi there I have a person in my crew who is an obnoxious, vile little prat and I want to kick him out. However he hasn't linked his psn account to his social club account, so I can't find him.. Has anyone any tips on how I could find him and not him out?

Can you not kick a member from your crew on the Crew page of the social club? I don't know, but it would seem to make sense.

Yes I can.. However I know his psn id but not his social club id, and as his accounts aren't linked it means he is impossible to find... I think this was somewhat of an oversight by rockstar.

What happens if you go to the hierarchy page of the crew can you select him from there & get options to kick him out?

I certainly would be able to kick him from there.. But only if I know which user is him. I have 300 members in my crew, so without knowing his social club name it makes it very difficult.

I also have this issue.  A member of my crew was consistently killing his own crew.  He hasn't linked his PSN ID to his social club one so I don't know which guy it is to kick.

..... and this is why you dont have an open door invite system. 90% of your crew mates are most likely either dirt poor at the game or just flat out c*nts...

Surely this is a bit of an oversight by rockstar. It would've helped had you not been able to pick a separate name for the social club.

 ^

As a crew leader myself, the only thing I can suggest is look at his rank and get an estimate to his overall RP. Then in your crew stats page (the GTA Online tab on your crew RSC page) use the filter to search the "Overall RP" stat for people in his range. This will help you at least narrow down the list down of players.

Then from there, some of those guys might have their PSN's linked which will help you narrow it down even more and you can make your decision on how you want to approach.

With 300 members this may yield a bunch of members but it's probably the best approach to take.

Can't you do it from the crew section of the Online pause menu?

Next time he is online, he should show up in the online crew list. Try booting him from there.

I would just constantly kill him, have other crew members in on it too, and eventually he will leave the crew since every time he joins a session his own crew kills him

I had this problem some time ago too. The solution for me (note that you need to be friends with the lad on PSN for this to work): Use the 'import' feature found under friends in Social Club. This way you can add your PSN-friends to Social Club. Send him a friends request. Now go to the crew-page and press on the member-count (This will bring up a list of all the members in the crew). Scroll through the list until you find a person with 'a pending friend request'. Busted.

How the fuçk can you be in a crew without a Social Club account?
I'm serious.
There is no way to join a crew unless you are on Social Club.

I don't think you're quite getting it.. In game their social club id didn't show. Just the psn id.. If they are not linked then I won't know what the users social club id is.. A bit of an oversight from rockstar is this, and I hope they sort it.
