Code Condensing

As you can imagine, long codes can be such a hassle; shortening them seems to be a hassle too. I did everything in accordance with the guide, yet the television screen is rendered black. Can anyone provide insight? The original code works fine, needless to say.

The function of the code is to assign Grove density to the following territories: ROD5b, ROD5a ROD1a, ROD1b, ROD1c, ROD3a, ROD3b, ROD4a, ROD4b, ROD4c, VIN1b, RIH5a, RIH5b, ROD2b, ROD2a, RIH6a.
