Obey Tailgater. Just about ever part of this car can be customized.

I don't know about which has the most... but the one that has the least (that you can customize) is probably Gauntlet. Seriously, there is basically no other aesthetic mods other than re-paint.

I'll see your Gauntlet and raise you one Sheriff SUV. Bombs, respray, bulletproof tires.
Try the Bravado Rumpo. Tracker and insurance. Not even respray

The Least !!!    Tracker and Insurance, wish I could at least get BP tires!

Of the cars I own/have owned:

Most mods I've seen in number is probably Tailgater

In terms of completely changing the look, size, and existence of major body parts: Rat Loader

Perhaps not as many total options or radical changes but a good balance: Coquette

Mostly the Japanese cars like the Futo, Penumbra, Sultan, Elegy.

But it's mostly Coupes, Sports and Muscle.

Karin rusty rebel is #1. You can convert pickup in baja truck easily. Almost impossible to recognise the base model.

Most of you guys got the basics down. The Dominator got quite a few options to it, as does the Massacro and the Bagger. Not as much as the Rat or the Rebel, but the options do stack up. (:

Could someone tell me how customisable the Dune Buggy is?

I already have one, but this is one I managed to glitch inside my garage before they were available to buy. Can you upgrade the engine, suspension, turbo, give it bulletproof tires and stuff? I can on mine but it's really weird. I have the option to change tires and give it tinted windows but when I apply them they don't change anything. Even the colour stays the same when I try to change that.
