Never eat strawberry jam and ketchup again. Also it might be a good idea to stop shaving.

I got the same feeling when I watched that one video where the lady crushes a cat in stilettos.
Just move on with your day and eventually you'll get your mid off it.

Now i think you're just making topics like that to get attention.

Saw a cartel group behead the Zeta's group w/a chainsaw and a bowie knife, very graphic.
Grow a pair and man up.

Watch it over and over again until you lose sensitivity towards it.
That actually works.

Get in a car wreck. Soon, your mind will be off the video while you scramble your thoughts to keep alive. Always worked for me.

The way I got over watching a vid of a politician involved in some scandal taking a gun out of a brown paper bag, putting it in his mouth, and pulling the trigger and watched in a weird mix of horror and awe as blood rushed out his mouth and nose like water out of a hose with the roar of a waterfall. Just give it some time and you'll get over it. Play some games or something to keep your mind off of it.

Repress it. Repress the sh*t out of it. Make it go back into the deep dark recesses of your mind. I do it all the time, and it works for me. I'm perfectly fine, just ask the people I keep in my basement.
You can communicate with the other side right?

the same way everyone else gets over their problems.

You could play video games:
Where you throw Molotov Cocktails into groups.
Where you bury a man alive in concrete.
Where you drive into or over individuals/crowds.
Where you poison arrows or swords and attack people.
Watch the Dresden and Tokyo incendiary bombings. Especially the after films.
Watch the Napalm bombing in Viet Nam.
Watch the Monks protest the war.
Watch movies about the U.S. Indian wars and later events (like Wounded Knee and the Death Marches.)
Watch the YouTube Police videos when they are 'attacked' by vicious puppies.
There are hundreds of ways to ease the pain, just keep watching.
Just go to any modern Horror Movie for that matter.

Dip wine gums in melted chocolate then put them in the fridge to set. Chocolate covered wine gums for the win.

This is why I don't watch those videos. It would be hard to forget.
And youtube should censor those horrible videos. Youtube censors porn. I consider real gore and violence videos to be worse than sex videos.

It's a shame you're too young to get wasted (right?), like this guy:
If a solution to seeing something horribly wrong in the internet can be solved by getting drunk... There would not be enough alcohol in the world.

Google Guro. It's extreme (but obviously drawn) gore. Sometimes it may be sexual, but it can desensitize you to shocking and violent pictures.

Basically just do the things that you enjoy. Eat, buy a kitten, eat a kitten, anything that entertains you to get your mind off the video.

I went over youtube and I was curious to check if they allowed gore. I just saw how they romoved that guys head off. Now, my body is feeling all numb. What should I do to get over it?
Considering it you was who was curious about "accessing the deep web" and clearly being in to some very f*cked up stuff, my advice would be this... man the f*ck up.
No one asked you to watch it, you took it upon yourself to do so, so deal with it.
