So because they brushed off the question and directed them to an email address where they can ignore it at, you took that as it's a "banning sh*tstorm"?

Here's some fun reading and to save everyone the trouble of having to go through the "tiring" task of reading the entire thing from start to finish I've put the most important part right below the link.

Here's to hoping for console bans and be left with people who actually WANT to play the game.

http://www.geek.com/...nline-rockstar-responds-with-banhammer-1573931/

This, of course, seriously imbalances the online economy of GTA V. It’s almost like players are stealing money in a game about stealing things. That simply won’t do, so the ban hammer is allegedly hitting hard. A number of players report they have been booted from the game after using the exploit. Rockstar has allegedly told affected gamers that it will continue banning people from GTA Online who abuse the bug until it is fixed. It may also work with Microsoft to ban the console from all online play.

So some site makes "claims" without a single solid source to back them up and you post it here like its fact? LOL. No. The last sentence of your post( article ) only further proves that site is full of sh*t and probably written by another butthurt fanboy. Microsoft gonna ban consoles because of a money glitch in a game? [email protected]!

MS has banned for less in the past.  Everyone knows that taking advantage of an exploit in a game is bannable as it presents an unfair advantage to other players who wish to play the game the way it was meant to be played.  And yes having an unlimited amount of money does affect other players.  If someone has the resources to place ridiculous bounties on random players or call in airstrikes for the hell of it that does impact the fun of other players who decided not to cheat their way through the game.  On the bright side these types of players generally only play a game for a short time before they get bored and trade it in for the next troll worthy target, ie. COD, so eventually GTA online will balance out and be playable for everyone else.

I have never heard of MS banning a console because a player used an exploit in a game. Frankly that sounds like wishful thinking on your part. Publishers are known to ban players from their game for exploiting, not the console maker banning the entire console. The only times I've heard of MS banning a console is if it was hacked. As far as big money players effecting you, play in invite only session. You are gonna reply with "I shouldn't have to", well no you shouldn't. But when you choose to play in an open lobby then you also accept all the bullsh*t that comes with that. You think someone who exploited a money glitch affects you and they should be banned so as to not get in your way while you grief people, what about the people who simply buy a sh*t ton of GTA cash cards? Should they be banned as well?

Fact is it seems like its the trolls getting trolled in the game because they were not able to capitalize on the replays and exploits before other people. Kinda brings that whole "what goes around comes around" saying into perspective.

How thick do you have to be to genuinely believe that Microsoft of Sony would get involved in dishing out console bans over a glitch in a third party game?

Seriously, get a grip, and an education.

That

Anyone who says a company whose online game that has a flaw, that is being exploited severely, won't suspend or ban people, has never played on an online system before, nor do they know TOS for systems.

The lack of knowledge is great. The stupidity keeps pouring in.

I'd love to drop more Dox and system information for you all, just ask :)

They have every right to ban you from their own servers, just a FYI.

Bungie and other developers are known for having banned players for things such as achievement and rank boosting.

I assume no one here has been banned, console banned, or suspended, It's really easy to get someone suspended through social engineering. I wonder what complaints easily monitored and only directed towards one game would do.
