Of all the surnames Michael had, which one do you prefer? Personally, I prefer "Townley". Sounds badass.

Townley. That is his actual surname. De Santa was given by the witness protection program.

Townley seems more appropriate.

He doesn't look remotely Hispanic for a start.

De Santa sounds alright if you pronounce it in a particular way, but Michael Townley suits him best.

Townley sounds a bit mid Western Yokely type. De Santa is a Spanish(European) name and not necessarily Hispanic.

It's a Spanish name but not necessarily Hispanic? I don't suppose you'd care to explain that?

Michael Townley, because it sounds like a real name.

Michael De Santa sounded weird from the moment they revealed it.

In the US, Hispanic implies someone of non European descent who speaks or is of Hispanic(Usually Mexican) descent. De Santa is a Spanish(European) name.

I see.

My understanding of Hispanic was always:

Adjective
Of or relating to Spain or to Spanish-speaking countries, esp. those of Latin America.

They should of just give him an Italian surname because he sounds like a wiseguy from New York or somewhere.

People don't understand that most people from Spain are white. Mostly all spanish speaking Caucasians.

When the white Spaniards went to mexico, cuba, & all the other Spanish speaking countries of today, they mated with the natives to make the Hispanics we know today.

This shouldn't even be a question. We have his vanon name and it's Townley. Period. De Santa is a stupid made up name given to him when he was put in witness protection.
