I have encountered a GTA SA ENB issue where the pedestrians and other entities like bycycles are black/dark while ther rest of the world is vibrant and colorful. These are my ENB settings. What is causing this problem?

What is causing this problem?

AdditionalConfigFile=lol

It may sound silly, but it might be what's messing it up. If there's no additional config file called "lol" it may make your game look messed up. Don't think this is guaranteed to work, because it's most likely not going to. But that's the only out of the ordinary thing that I saw in there. It could be your shaders or something, but I'm not entirely sure. Sorry if this was no help, hehe... :dontgetit:
