I read through the EULA and it dose not sate anything about glitches or banns. but at the same time i been playing blizzard games for many years and if this was their game everyone that took part in any of this would be 100% banned it even stats in thir EULA using exploits or anything means to ruin the online community will result in account termination. they also hold the right to cancel an account for any and no reason what so ever.

with that said. i will not be trying anything money making bug because i know it may be possible,

Two friends of mine were banned earlier today and Rockstar Support Manager basically explained over the phone (more summarized, not word-to-word): "We're aware of the issue and until we can fix it, we'll ban anyone with a history of abusing this design flaw. It will ruin others' enjoyment by disbalancing the economy that's vital to the Online experience. We're in discussion with Microsoft, too, to escalate these bans from online privileges to user accounts as a statement against these antics. We don't expect any outrage from the law-abiding playerbase who haven't devalued others' items and hard-work with an exploit - these the customers we are proud to help."

Lol I believed u until u said " r* manager said over the phone " ... I have been trying to call them for days . The two times I did get through, I was on hold for at least 30 mins . When I finally got someone on the phone it was tech support. Who also told me they could not connect me to anybody else after I insisted to speak to her boss . Plus ever other person has done the bike glitch in this game. I see level 20s and 30s with adders. The games economy is already shot . Banning ppl won't help at this point.

IF this is true then fair enough, glitching to get ahead shouldn't be tollerated.

Besides, Rockstar wouldn't want everybody to be millionaires before cash cards come out

They'll buy CASh CARDS (as won't be bothered to FARM AGAIN)  and they need to re-buy GTA V, I bet. Ingenious as they're morally justified too...

Re-buy GTA V? You do realise that console games aren't bound to a single account or console, right?

Worst case scenario: Have to buy another PS3 / Xbox.

Best case scenario: Have to make a new account.

So many morons. Rockstar will ban no one.
I called and asked hey cockstar you going be banning dudes? They said no bro we can't.
Ghosts come out next month
Next gen consoles in a couple months.
After a top ten fail launch banning most of the community would make rockstar the laughing stock of the gaming industry.
Hackers with level 999 and billions aren't being banned so banning kids who sell bikes or have
20 million isn't high on the priority list.
Can really ban people when cockstar can't even prevent lost characters lost money or lost cars.
Can't lose revenue from cash cards you can't buy as servers are so messed up.
I was all like cool story bro.

No developer would call an exploit "this design flaw".

Your English has failed your troll.

Let me just some up the ordeal here.

This is exactly like VC farming in the game NBA 2k13/2k14 where the company 2ksports make a lot of money but not as much as Rockstar.

VC is simply a microtransaction in the 2k world.

People farmed the VC like crazy, but no one ever got reset or banned. It even completely ruined a game mode called myteam, but 2k still didn't care because they know its not a mod/hack. The developers are also really lazy so they did not even patch it. They probably also made enough VC sales/off their game that they just let the consumers indulge a little lol.

So what you are saying is: I am going to get banned for making money "illegally" in a game centered around illegally making money...... sounds legit. :facedesk:

"My friends got banned"

"not word for word" <- but still with correct punctuation, grammar and closely resembling an official statement.

Um..

except that GTA doesnt come with a online code and therefore you can just start a new psn name with the same disc?....

Fool.
Not true your whole system can be banned then requiring you to buy a new system. They could use a system called HWID lock, which means it will grab your systems hardware ID locking it into the profiles that you have in the game, making you unable to create new characters and you having to buy a new system.

Thanks,
iDope

Doubt r* will ban ppl either

TDU2 sh*t itself and self destructed so no bans were needed.

OP: I would be VERY careful if I were you. I'm emailing you're "statement" to Rockstar to check how legit it is. If it is a fake, you're effectively impersonating a company... Therefore this could have some nasty consequences is this does prove to be a false statement.

The missions were hollow and boring, the idea of removing replay when you just go through the repetitive motions of calling the same guy for the same missions is laughable. Without heists this side of the game sucked.

Deathmatches are on random ass maps that are just parts of the game, none of them truly feel like decent deathmatch maps. Why bother :s

Races were ok...

All in all I didn't find it enjoyable leveling up in 2k cash missions... If they had any depth or challenge I might have felt differently, I have seen free to play mmos with quests that had more to them though :p So I've just cheated for cash and haven't played the game in 4 days, there just isn't any point farming boring missions that require no thought to me. So ima either be rich and prepared for when heists are out and I can judge the game again then, or I'm going to get banned and just not play again :p Big woop.

I know that people will always try to find the easy way in games. But I am fairly sure when I say that not anywhere near as many people would have done the bike glitch if they hadn't removed repeatable missions. People aren't just going to sit there and watch you sh*t on them and force cash cards down their throat, if you try to increase the length and depth of your game through false means such as limiting missions like this = People guna cheat.

Add to that how much isn't in the game yet, all the issues it has had etc. I just don't see why it's remotely surprising people don't give a sh*t about wanting to play it seriously/by the rules.

Cannot understand why exploit and glitch. To be honest I don't give a single fuq about people doing it, but seriously guys... You earn a lot of money on glitches, you buy the most expensive cars and apartment, you earn lvl 100 and then what? I'd rather take my time and enjoy the game.
