I figure leveling up each skill stat would increase or determine the chances of a heist being sucessful. But it kinda seems too easy most players max out early.

Given that there probably won't be any computer controlled associates helping you, the skill bars will probably have no bearing on the chances of success. The people behind the controllers will matter more.

Success itself may be a flimsy word too. Because the total payout can vary with how cleanly the job was done. And the host chooses everyones split of the winnings which can also lead to many betrayals and unpaid work. You can initiate a fight if you disagree with the split but good luck with that. You better have friends.

Then I'm sure they'll be a cool down of some sort.

By how many cash cards you earned prior, EVERYTHING is now reliant on cash cards. Did you not know?

Player ability will determine how good it goes

e.g. if one of your guys carrying the loot dies, you lose that

e.g. if you're slow and burn up time, you'll steal less loot

Succesful would be if one guy with a bag of loot makes it free.

(My expectation anyway)

Another questioned that arose in my mind was, IF Rockstar(they most likely will) wants to go about said events of GTA Online Cannon with the storyline. Where do you guys "SPECULATE" they will take place ?

There's a closed casino in Los Santos that says opening soon in Singleplayer, I figure it could've been closed due to losing profits because of heists. :p
