Great video. Everyone should check that out. Really helpful.

So far, from what I've seen, I think these have the best views.

Here's the top 5

1. Eclipse Apartment 40 - 391K (best overall views)

2. Weazel Plaza Apartment 101- 335K

3. Eclipse Apartment 31- 400K (more focused on the Hollywood hills, but still good)

4. Richards Majestic Apartment 51- 253K (The one I'm getting before I upgrade to #1 later on) Great ocean/pier views along with hill views- Great value for the price.

5. Alta Apartment 57- 223K (love the bridge views)

You can't. There's a cool spinning light by the door at night which would imply that they may have considered it at some point, though.

Can't remember the name of this apartment, but it was $130k. Decent location on the map too. ATM and Ammu-nation within walking distance.

Agreed, I'm not sure what to buy either Eclipse 40 or Weazel 101.

What do you think??

I've figured out that the best view is one facing the entrance.  If people are camped outside your apartment, you can look down and see them.  I bought 3 Alta St, Apt 57 because it's the closest 10-car to the helipad.  But I wish I would have bought Apt 10 because it faces the front street.

Seriously, thank you for starting this thread.  I didn't want to blow a bunch of money on an apartment and not be happy with it.  Some people might think that's dumb, but I actually like the thought of being able to see what the inside of the apartment/view of the outside is going to look like.

Again, really good job on what you've done so far.

Is it maybe possible to have a map with numbers of the apartments? Or is there allready? I like to choose one with the best availability in transport.

I had found this allready:

http://download.game...es_for_sale.png

Still, would love to see a map of the locations

When in game go to the website and scroll over the locations, match them up with the names, prices and views here and you'll see the location since they're all on a mini map.

So the 390k apartment is actually on a higher level than the 400k right? I just want the apartment that's highest elevation wise.

Richards Majestic, Apt 51 ($253,000).

I have this one because of the beach/ferris/golf course view. Also the price is good.

I think you may have the first two listed apartments (Apt-40 and Apt-31) backwards? I was watching a video and I was under the impression that the 2nd from the top looks into Los Santos, the other Apt 40 looks into the hills and mostly west. I may be wrong, looking for clarification. Thanks.

What's the cheapest middle-end apartment? And how are they defined (seeing as there's only 3 types of apartment)? 2 car = low end, 6 car = middle end, 10 car = high end?

I bought the 270k apartment accidently, because I was fooled with the view. The "helper" mistaken it with the 286k appartment, lol. 270k has view on golf-corse.

I want now buy the 391k appartment, or maybe the 335k.

The question: What happen with my cars I have already in my garage? They will 100% transfered to the new garage, or it's possible that they could get lost?? When there is 1% chance of get lost, i will buy a normal 10 cars garage and drive the cars there first, and then buy the new apartment.

//Edit: Okay, found out you can't own a House and a Garage together. Lame. So, what's about keeping cars when purchase a new appartment?

Whats the apartment with the view from the gameplay trailer when they first showed online?

I have the 400k apartment currently but not really loving the view, I want the one from the trailer that gives an overview of the city.

Not sure if this is already stated (too lazy to read all the posts), but just wanted to point out that all the high end apts have the exact same floor plan and interiors, only difference are the views, and prices of course. I initially had the del Perro apt for 240 I believe, then upgraded to the eclipse towers one for 390, and was kinda bummed to see that the new one I just bought was a carbon copy of the one I just had, lol. Oh well, view's pretty sweet. Can anyone else confirm this? Apologies if information is wrong.
