Hey, I'm Lady and I'm really frustrated that the Dynasty 8 Property site doesn't have interior pictures of the apartments, only exterior (which is a pretty pointless picture to have on there because I personally don't really care what the exterior looks like at all). I have bought the same high-end apartment twice now and I'm extremely frustrated that I keep loosing money.

So, when I tried Googling what types of apartments online had, no one had posted a full list yet, just the fact that there are three types of apartments (unfortunately).

I would extremely appreciate other people helping me out with this list. It could help every one of us select the best apartment without getting ripped off. Anyway, here's the list:

HIGH-END APARTMENT VIEWS

  • Eclipse Towers, Apt 31 - 10-car garage - $400,000 -  [view 1, view 2, view 3]
  • Eclipse Towers, Apt 40 - 10-car garage - $391,000 - [view 1, view 2, view 3]
  • Eclipse Towers, Apt 5 - 10-car garage - $382,000
  • Eclipse Towers, Apt 9 - 10-car garage - $373,000
  • Weasel Plaza, Apt 101 - 10-car garage - $335,000 - [view 1, view 2, view 3]
  • Weasel Plaza, Apt 70 - 10-car garage - $319,000 - [view 1, view 2, view 3]
  • Weasel Plaza, Apt 26 - 10-car garage - $304,000
  • Tinsel Towers, Apt 29 - 10-car garage - $286,000 - [view 1, view 2]
  • Tinsel Towers, Apt 45 - 10-car garage - $270,000
  • Richards Majestic, Apt 4 - 10-car garage - $241,000 - [view 1, view 2]
  • Richards Majestic, Apt 51 - 10-car garage - $253,000 - [view 1, view 2, view 3]
  • 3 Alta St, Apt 57 - 10-car garage - $223,000 - [view 1, view 2, view 3]
  • 3 Alta St, Apt 10 - 10-car garage - $217,000 - [view 1, view 2, view 3]
  • Del Perro Heights, Apt 20 - 10-car garage - $205,000 - [view 1, view 2]
  • Del Perro Heights, Apt 7 - 10-car garage - $200,000 - [view 1, view 2, view 3]

These are what the different apartments look like:

High-End

Middle-End

Low-End

I will edit this list whenever I find out info on a new apartment.

Any bit helps, thanks.

In the high end apartment, there is one room where there's a big map of all of San Andreas and an empty wall space next to it and my friends and I figure that that is the heist room, but so far there's no interaction with it. At least not for us since we haven't done much Lester missions, lol.

It's a really weird heist room because it's like half heist room, half recording studio and half office, lmao.

I know it's not the 400K one if you want to see the city.

I have bought the same high-end apartment twice now and I'm extremely frustrated that I keep loosing money.

So, when I tried Googling what types of apartments online had, no one had posted a full list yet, just the fact that there are three types of apartments (unfortunately). I also keep seeing people say that the different kind of apartment is determined by the capacity of the garage, but that's not true at all. Tinsel Towers is the middle-end apartments and has a 10-car garage.

I would extremely appreciate other people helping me out with this list. It could help every one of us select the best apartment without getting ripped off. Anyway, here's the list:

HIGH-END

  • Eclipse Towers, Apt 31 - 10-car garage - $400,000
  • Eclipse Towers, Apt 40 - 10-car garage - $391,000
  • Eclipse Towers, Apt 5 - 10-car garage - $382,000
  • Eclipse Towers, Apt 9 - 10-car garage - $373,000
  • 3 Alta St, Apt 57 - 10-car garage - $223,000
  • 3 Alta St, Apt 10 - 10-car garage - $217,000
  • Weasel Plaza, Apt 70 - 10-car garage - $319,000
  • Weasel Plaza, Apt 26 - 10-car garage - $304,000
  • Richards Majestic, Apt 4 - 10-car garage - $241,000
  • Richards Majestic, Apt 51 - 10-car garage - $253,000

MIDDLE-END

  • Tinsel Towers, Apt 45 - 10-car garage - $270,000
  • Tinsel Towers, Apt 29 - 10-car garage - $286,000
  • 0325 South Rockford Dr. - 6-car garage - $137,000

LOW-END

  • 1115 Blvd Del Perro, Apt 18 - 2-car garage - $93,000
  • 2057 Vespucci Blvd, Apt 1 - 2-car garage - $87,000
  • 0112 Rockford Dr., Apt 13 - 2-car garage - $80,000

These are what the different apartments look like:

High-End

Middle-End

Low-End

I will edit this list whenever I find out info on a new apartment.

Any bit helps, thanks.

I'm pretty sure Tinsel Tower and anything over $200k is high end

I think what this thread needs is to include what direction the views are for each of the high end properties. My biggest concern when buying the most expensive properties is how great the view is, as I'm sure that's what everyone is concerned about also.

Eclipse Towers, Apartment 31 - $400,000 - Views North and West (Views of the Vinewood Hills, kinda boring view --> http://www.youtube.c...h?v=jZ6Ydp25854)

Eclipse Towers, Apartment 40 - $391,000 - Views South and East (My preference as I'd rather see the entire city of Los Santos, Great view at night --> http://www.youtube.c...h?v=-Zz8Tgl950Y)

Can't find any of the other 2 Eclipse Tower apartments on youtube. (No one wants to buy a lower tiered apartment when the most expensive cost less than $50,000 more, plus be on the bottom floor)

Weazel Plaza, Apartment 101 - $335,000 - Views North East and South East (My second choice of views, can view entire city --> http://www.youtube.c...h?v=a5EKB0diqE8)

I was highly considering Weazel Plaza Apt 101, but now I'm convinced on buying Eclipse Towers, Apartment 40. It is on the 4th floor, you can view the entire city, best view at night IMO, and located in the richer part of the city.

Lol why are the tinsel towers middle end? They have 10car garage....

Some people didn't read my long paragraphs at the beginning (don't really blame you guys), but here, let me requote.

I also keep seeing people say that the different kind of apartment is determined by the capacity of the garage, but that's not true at all. Tinsel Towers is the middle-end apartments and has a 10-car garage.

The type of apartment does NOT determine what kind of apartment type you have. Not all the time anyway. If you have bought anything in Tinsel Towers, they have a 10-car garage yet they are the middle-end looking apartments, not the high end.
