What number shall I add after -percentvidmem when I want to use 1024 MB  dedicated video memory out of total 2302 MB available video memory?

I'm bad at math, btw

There are two possible lines you can use. The first would be the -precentvidmem line:
-percentvidmem 0.45
2302 MB x 0.45 = ~1036MB VRAM

The second possible line would be:
-memrestrict 1073741824
You can generate that line through multiplying the amount of RAM you want to let the game use in Megabyte with 1024^2. In this case 1024MB x 1024 x 1024 = 1073741824.
