Ok the compensation thing may be stupid, I agree...but playing it isn't a PRIVILEGE (learn to spell pls) if we spent money on the game. Sure they put work into the game...and guess what? They made 1 billion + for that work...they don't do the sh*t for free
Compensation ? The fact that you are playing GTA is a privilidge NOT a right.
If you can make a 15gb game run smoothly on the first day then sure but untill then you wouldnt be able even fathom the amount of work that goes into the game
get off rockstar's nuts
They can ban you whenever you want. Just as nightclub can throw you out even if you paid to get in
Just because you paid for somthing doesn't give you rights to the product. If this was the case then every MMO that has shut down over the years would have lawsuits up to their necks.
People need to read the terms and agreements more
They can ban you, sure.
But it would be false advertising for them to say they were going to include a feature, and then never deliever it as you were implying earlier. I'm not saying R* would ever do that with GTA Online. I'm saying though, it is a right to GET to play it. Now, when you do agree with there terms and get banned, that's fair. But to deny players access or cancel a feature that was advertised for the game, should count as false advertising.
