Granted I've never been to LA, but I got the vibe more from SA.
This game doesnt quite give me the LA vibe

Listening to Ice Cube's You Know How We Do It while driving around the hood as Franklin gives off a certain vibe that is nostalgic and is West Coast to the fullest, I've been to LA before and Los Santos in GTA V is definitely a perfect representation of Los Angeles.

wtf, I was just about to come here and say.... "doesn't matter to me because I've never been to L.A."... and then you say you've never been... how the hell are you suppose to tell if it give you the LA vibe?

You've never been to L.A but you say it doesn't give the L.A vibe..
Hmm, Seems Legit.........

Having lived next to L.A for 20 years, I can tell you that *parts* of GTA V are a splitting image to real life
for example, Carneys in LA
Carneys in GTA V
I can tell you this. L.A is a huge place, its a county consisting of many many large cities. GTA V only represents a small amount of that (obviously) but they hit it on the head, in my opinion. Hollywood, Bev Hills, and downtown L.A are all properly represented.
