So I have noticed the trend lately to try and eliminate skill as a deciding factor in multiplayer games and that thinking about situations is now too hardcore. The new norm is spoon fed gameplay that has a player who has never played the game before and a player who has played the game for years be 100% equal by preventing skill from being the deciding factor. The notion that the cash cow that is COD has continued this trend of games being made to appeal to as many people as possible and then modify the game according to the biggest crybabies and whiners. And developers now try to eliminate anything that the player may have to spend more than a minute trying to learn how to do.

A typical topic from someone who isn't skilled but has played the game long enough to kill some players.

Everyone knows that someone who has played the game for much longer and has better skills will easily kill new players twenty times in a row. However this someone isn't you, as you've been playing for a good amount of time but haven't developed any amazing skills and thus still die to new players now and then.

This pisses you off and causes you to make such an idiotic post.

TL:DR: The more skilled players will always win in multiplayer games. New players don't stand a chance against really skilled players, but they'll get a few kills in pubs, which is where you play, which for some reason pisses you off.

Not every game panders to the lowest common denominator.  Of those that do some have modes that cater for more skilled gamers.  I have no problem with a game's controls and mechanics being made more intuitive as long as the depth isn't eroded.  There are examples where the developer has seemingly taken matters to the extreme and reduced gameplay to little more than holding a button down.  Assassins Creed 3 is a good example of that.

It's ironic that you call them "whiners" and "crybabies"  when it's exactly what you yourself are doing. For starters, define "Casual". Is it someone who only plays the game from time to time? Is it someone who prefers to pay real money for unlocks? Is it someone who can't improve their skill quick enough so they just quit?

Give me a break. There is still a large amount of multiplayer games that are aimed at "hardcore" players. Games where the developers listen to their "hardcore" fanbase to improve the game. This claim that every game is going after "casuals" is, simply put, bullsh*t.

Get some hyperbole, square it, mix in a dash of hyperbole, laminate in a clear sheet of hyperbole, train for 3 solid years fed nothing but hyperbole then shot with 12 gauge of hyperbole and you have your post.

Either that or you're saying 'CoD sucks ruins gaming and is for sh*tty casual amirite guise?'.
