People being able to buy ingame cash will make very little diffrence,

If buying in-game cash makes little to no difference why R* is doing it? I mean offering something for real money that no body needs doesn't make any sence. They have to bring some way of advantages for those spending real money otherwise no one will buy their "cash" and trust me R* dosn't want that.

Is this your first time playing games? There are plenty of games that people can pay real money for to get in game items or things that no one needs, that serve absolutely no purpose, give no benefits, and so on.

You can buy cashcards if you don't feel like saving money. Regardless you still have to play the game, rank up, and unlock things to purchase with said money.

No your wrong there, it's only confirmed not EVERYTHING will be lvl 1 that's not to say a bigger advantage can't be had at lvl 1 if a funny auto gun is sold at that lvl for 1 million, this is again where it's all in your opinion

Have you played online? Answer is no you haven't so you can't say kid,and with how rstar has done this of course there will be a better gun for the people at lvl 1 who buy money

But you can continue to be ignorant to the facts if you want lol

It's actually been confirmed in articles by people who have played that starting ranks are fairly basic.. starting off with nothing more than a basic pistol for example. The effort will be needed to be put in in order to unlock a greater tier of weapons/customization/apartments. Even if you don't buy cash cards, I can guarantee that by the time you've ranked up to be able to afford a shiny new gun, you'll already have the cash saved up.

"kid".. amusing.

You can continue to be oblivious to the flood of information we've all received over the past few days if you want lol

I am all for ONLY COSMETIC stuffs but sadly after years of gaming i've seen it in few games - Path of Exile, WOW, Team Fortress 2, GW1, EverQuest. All other games with any sort of micro transactions are pure pay-to-win (stash space, faster leveling, more "loot, the magic ability to get anything faster than those that dont spend money, etc).

As it is right now, that isn't the case, so you can rest easy.

Rockstar have explained that the economy is perfectly balanced to accommodate for the amount of people who will not purchase cash cards, and that the only real incentive to buying the cash cards (right now) is if you're more of an instant gratification type of person, rather than a person who cares about the effort they put into their savings.

You'll still have to rank up to be able to purchase tanks and rocketlaunchers for example, just like everyone else so as it is right now, there's really no actual pay to win occurring.

GTAO is requires you to unlock pretty much everything. Weapons, Car mods, Clothing, Hair cuts, Missions, and other various assets to spend you money on must be unlocked by reaching the corresponding level with your character.

So if someone is at level 3 and spends X amount of real money to get 100 million in game dollars, they wont be able to spend it on anything.

The only thing that they will be able to buy early on are some safehouses and vehicles.

I won't be buying cash but let people do it. This way the suckers who spend extra money to try and get an edge can just get consistently owned by me in the new content their $ allowed R* to develop.

Okay.. welcome to being a complete idiot..

"GTA$ and Fair Play

  • To allay some concerns we’ve heard on this subject, we can assure you that the game is designed such that the option of purchasable GTA$ should not disrupt the playing field – and there are a few mechanics in place to help ensure that. All players still have to rank up with Reputation Points (RP) in order to get access to purchase high-end items.  No one can begin GTA Online and simply spend a lot of money out of the gate to get a leg up. You will have to earn your stripes and play to unlock access to the aspirational clothes, guns and other items. Please also remember that in GTA Online, hustling to afford the finer things by earning GTA$ doing robberies, stick-ups, winning races and other profitable activities is a fun gameplay experience rather than ever being a ‘grind’. As we mentioned on Wednesday, we will constantly tweak all areas of the game to make it play fairer and iron out any balancing problems (while fixing all the other problems we encounter!), but we really need your help in figuring out what those issues are. So please work with us on that!"

Quoted directly from Rockstar's site themselves, this was posted shortly after I made my post as well.

There was also this quote from another post a few days ago by Rockstar:

"Reputation and Cash Flow: Reputation is earned from all your online exploits in everything you do in GTA Online – and will help you rank up, providing access to new features, weapons and criminal contacts. Spend cash you’ve gained on cars, clothes, guns, properties and much more. You can either quickly accumulate cash through profitable activities like knocking over armored cars, winning street races, doing stick-ups or a host of other cash-making endeavors – or if you’re the completely instant gratification type, you can choose to buy denominations of GTA$. You will have the option to purchase GTA$ through the in-game Store. The game and its economy have been designed and balanced for the vast majority of players who will not buy extra cash. There is no in-game paywall and nothing that should disrupt the balance of the game. You don’t have to spend real money to attain the cars, guns, clothes, flash and style of a high-roller in Los Santos, but can if you wish to get them a little quicker. The economy is balanced differently from the single player economy, and cash earned in one cannot be taken over to the other. Most players will earn cash much faster Online than in Story Mode."

So once again.. welcome to being an idiot.
