How do you know when I buy stocks? When the arrow is up? Cause the cost is rising? Or when it's low, cause it has nowhere to go but up at one point?

Both are good ways to trade

But right now the most profitable is buying the cheapest stocks on BAWSAQ because other players are too, so they are rising very nicely

Buy PIS or HAL
