This headset must have eargasmic sounds, a (quality) micro phone for great audio recording and/or chat.

Does anyone have suggestions?

Here is one that I've recently came across.

Sennheiser X320. Especially given the current price. Far better sound quality than the Steel Series and Corsair stuff, primarily because they're made by a company who solely build high-end earphones. Given they're over £100 off at the moment on Amazon, you'd be mad not to get a set. £150 headset for about £30, that's about the best you're going to do I reckon.

I'd buy a decent pair of headphones and then get a desk mic. If you don't like the idea of a desk mic you can buy a Logitec mic and just attach it to the side of your headphones. Headsets just rip you off as you pay for the brand name and an equaliser

As I said before, Sennheiser X320. I challenge you to find a set of headphone alone better for the price they're at at the moment, let alone headphones and a desk mic

It's hard to pick out a pair of headphones because I don't know where OP lives and what his budget is

Are those Sennheiser ones for Xbox 360 only or do they work on PC also? As for headsets, I've never really bought a pair over $50 so I don't have much experience in the high range bracket. But I really like Plantronics headsets. I have some Plantronics GameCom 780 - great price, sound quality is really good for the price and then everybody on the end of the teamspeak I use say my voice was clear as day. Plus they are 7.1 surround sound too.

Annoyingly, it seems they're only usable with Xbox 360. It's the U320 which is universal, which are significantly more expensive. The cheapest I can get them is about £80, which is still pretty cheap in the world of high end gaming headsets (given that a similar Turtlebeach set is about £200) but not such good value for money compared to other options.
