Hey, guys.  As you know, the contacts on your in-game phone don't have their numbers displayed.  Well, when goofing around texting animal carcasses to contacts, I got some replies from non-contacts and found their numbers.  And because of this, I've been able to find working phone numbers for characters in the game.  The one for Ursula, for example, lets each character booty call her instead of just one.  Let's dig deep into this.  These are the ones I've found so far.

Characters

Ursula: 328-555-0103
Patricia: 328-555-0110
Solomon Richards: 328-555-0123 (Thanks Edub_1234!)

First Lieutenant Kyle P. Slater: 328-555-0145
Agent Steve Haines: 328-555-0150

Fufu: 346-555-0186
Martin Madrazo: 346-555-0188
Jimmy: 346-555-0190
Simeon: 611-555-0120
Liz: 611-555-0126
Joe: 611-555-0128

Edgar: 611-555-0146
Chasity: 611-555-0163

Tonya: 611-555-0199

I don't know who the unknown one is.  I'm not far enough in the story, I guess, and no name is spoken in the recording.  Kyle P. Slater's name is said, but I have no idea who he is.  Anybody have any clues?  All of the numbers are bunched together, so I started at 0100 and have been working my way up.  I'll update this post as I find new numbers.  And if somebody can dial the unknown number and let me know who it is, I'd be greatly appreciative.

Hate to break it to you, but that's one of the random filler ones.  You get those along with "stop prank calling me", "this mailbox is full", etcetera.  I'm only interested in the ones that work.  The ones that aren't random filler.

When you go to your contacts, hit X on the 360 or Square on the PS3.  And if anybody can help me identify the man at 328-555-0123, I would appreciate it.

Alright. I have his mission, but haven't gone to see him yet.  Didn't know who it was.  I'll update the first post and give you credit.  By the by, any idea who First Lieutenant Kyle P. Slater is?

Anyway, I don't think I'm going to be able to find any more numbers.  These ones were all bunched together, but it's likely that other ones are on a different area code, or are in another batch that is different than this one.  I doubt I'll get any more hunting glitch numbers, as that was the first time it did that in hours of hunting.

Sorry for the double post, but there's no interest in this at all?  I thought it was a pretty big find.

Oddities
328-555-0167: Character initiates a booty call, but nobody responds and the call ends.  Perhaps a cut character?

I just looked at a thread regarding signals in ocean (Easter egg) in the Cheats & Tricks page, and they're claiming that to be part of it. Or at least a few posts are.

I called this number earlier, I think it was 555-0168, and this guy picked up and told me to stop prank calling an hung up.

That's one of the random filler ones.  You could call a dozen different numbers and get that response.  I'm looking for phone numbers of in-game characters or specific oddities.  And to get to those, you need an area code.  Dialing without an area code always seems to give random stuff.

I found another batch of numbers.  It would seem that the working numbers are always 0100-0199, with different area codes per batch.  Find more area codes, and we find more numbers.  I'm not sure who Edgar is.  I assume Joe is the border patrol guy.

I found some more numbers.  Somebody without the Blimp DLC should call the blimp number and see if they can still get it.  Also, Fufu was my favorite stripper, and I found her booty call number.  However, her booty call was removed from the game, which is why she turns you down if you ask her at the strip club.  The number works, and she has a few lines with her French accent, but she doesn't have any once she gets into your car and when you go to her home, the mission marker isn't there so you can't do anything with her.  C'est la vie.

Fufu: 346-555-0186
Martin Madrazo: 346-555-0188
Jimmy: 346-555-0190

Note: Fufu's number doesn't seem to work all of the time, and behaves a lot like the other "oddity" numbers I posted.  It's possible those numbers will also lead to similar results for the other strippers if you keep trying.  I might test that out tomorrow.

Edit: Tried it out real quick.  The other numbers were for Cheetah and Chasity.  Same thing happens with them: they all want to go to the same house, but there's no way to drop them off or go inside.  They don't have any voice acting outside of their initial greeting.  Still, people could call them up if they want to take photos of them for the website.  You're never supposed to see them outside of the strip club, so...  that's something.

Another number that doesn't seem to be listed yet is Antonia Bottino's, which is 611-555-0182. It's always busy if I remember correctly though.

Seriously, how do you bring the numpad? X on 360 does nothing for me.

Edit: Nvm, realized you have to go to Contacts, of course. :)

From "Nervous" Ron's Radio Show, the number if you want to leave a message for that purpose (the answering machine answers... saying that the voice is an e-double of Ron's actual voice. LOL!):

In the back of the taxi there's a sticker that basically says Liberty City's area code is 211. I dialed a few 211 area code numbers and got a message saying that the number is out of service please try again later. I'm not sure if the message is filler.
