This disappoints me, as I was hoping to own multiple properties throughout the entire map.

As in a safe house is what they seem to misword it as.

So basically, you only get one place to stay in. That's fine. It's exactly the same as SP.

So, you may start at a low end apartment, you might want to go to a medium class apartment. You get some money back from the low end one, and you move up to the medium one. No reason to think of it as a true negative.

I've been wondering about this, but it doesn't really bother me. I'll find the one I like and stick to it, even if the one that I think looks coolest isn't the most expensive.

Well, it's pretty realistic anyway. You probably doesn't own 15 houses and apartments irl anyway. As long as i can sell my old one to buy a new one im happy and it appears as we could.

You can move yourself up.

Start with a cheaper Safehouse, and then when you have more money, sell that one and move to a better one.

No complaints from me, especially because you can spend money customizing it. So naturally, it works better that way. So you can focus on one place, or save up money for a new places. Instead of owning 5 pieces of sh*t, why not save up for one really nice one?

Makes sense. Just like in real life; you can only live in one at a time.

While I don't mind having only one house, it would be nice if we could also get a cabin at the other side of the map.

I'm still unsure as to what would happen if you're in a server where someone owns the same property as you - do you split off into different universes at the front door?

I'm more gutted that the heists are delayed tbh.

you wouldnt be able to do heists anyways at first since you have to rank up for them.. you start small.. mugging and store robberies and work your way up....

If this is how they're gonna arrange it I would be happy with it.

I would get an apartment in the ghetto somewhere, until I saved up enough to buy a big apartment in Vinewood...
