I bought 1 helipad at Vespucci beach and that dropped me 400k. So I'm reloading the file before I bought that and I'm trying to figure out which property would be the best to start out with?'

Well, as Michael I bought one of the cinemas for 20 mill. The reason for this is that it's the only business

providing "good" money. And by good I mean 250k weekly, approximately. Cant remember the exact amount

of money you recieve but it's something like that.

As for the rest of them, dont bother buying any of em. They all give piss poor cash.

You can buy the hanger at McKenzie airfield early on with Trevor for only $150,000. This allows you to do smuggling jobs that can give you up to 7k a pop. The best part is that Trevor starts out with 100k, and one of his first missions gives you 70k, so you practically get it for free provided you don't blow that money.

I forget what it's called, but the pier with the submarine on the coast is good, cost about 250k. But then you get to explore with the submarine, and if you follow the beacon to all 30 nuclear waste dumps, I think it will make you around 850k total.

Honestly, your best - and honest - bet is not to purchase property at all.

Let me give you a few examples:

-Tow Truck business - it's $150,000. You get paid $500 per car that you tow. That means you must tow 300 cars (300x500 = 150,000) in order to BREAK EVEN. 300 tows before you start making a profit.

-Golf Course - $150,000,000 to purchase. You get $264,500 per week. So to make that all back, you need 567.1 in-game weeks. And then you can turn a profit.

It gives business, cost, and amount per week or per "mission."

If you buy the Los Santos Customs for Franklin, he gets free car customization, which is a huge bonus. Plus you can get it for all characters which saves you a lot of money if you like modding your cars / bikes.

i can see your point. Seeing the income you get from what you paid is really low. The best bet IMO would be to buy stocks

Wrong. Only Franklin gets the free mods and because of its location, it almost makes it not even worth it.

On topic: Best Property for Mike would be any of the theaters. For the others, the pier. Not only will you find all of the nuclear waste, but you'll also get your money back plus interest.

The customs shop is pretty far out there. Smoke on the water for franklin, the sonar dock, the two cheaper theaters too. Most of it is really not worth it to be honest as it takes nearly 100 weeks to break even and for the more expensive properties, over 200 weeks, but the cheap ones aren't bad.

Sonar Dock not only unlocks the submarine but a nearby Strangers and Freaks mission unlocks the fast red dinghy that gives you instant scuba gear. If you like exploring the ocean it's a no-brainer, plus it only takes 11 barrels found to pay back your investment and the other 19 are gravy.

As there are ways around Franklin's free LSC mods that can be used for other characters, just get them to "Hang Out" and when they are in the same area do some character switching to give the car you modded for free with Franklin to another character.
