-I install it to my USB.
-Play game fine as long as I don't turn it off for very long.
-Turn it off, go to bed.
-Wake up and try to play... Xbox has lost it's partition on the USB stick and all data on USB stick and I need to go to settings/storage and reformat the USB and re-install GTA V AGAIN... this happens every morning... and it's wearing my DVD player out
The stick is BRAND NEW.
It's a PNY 16gb USB 2.0 stick (not the best I know) but it works fine once installed... it just loses cohesion overnight....
...what the heck is happening? Is it a prob with Xbox, USB or the Game blanking it? Although I never have had to before, should I be removing the USB before turning off the Xbox?
Is there some procedure like
1. go back to dashboard
2. remove stick
3. turn off xbox
in order to stop having to reinstall to USB every time I want to play?
Otherwise this really sucks and again RS has dropped the ball in bug-reporting and support. $225 mil and they don't make it stay installed?..
