What's the use of torso tattoos if we can't remove our shirts to show them off?

Most of the tattoos seem useless. Why would anyone want to go through the game without a shirt? It makes no sense...
Most of the tats are UNDER the clothes.

You can at some point in the game, i'm not sure when but there is an outfit in which you are shirtless.

Nothing wrong with people who like to play shirtless, how does that not make any sense?

But it's true the tats are barely visible.. especially since your character changes clothes randomly through the story

you can't really keep it how you would like.

I'm sure a shirtless option and various improvements and tweaks on all of these in game systems will come out soon.

Just like in san andreas where torso tats were pointless unless you ran around shirtless or with short pants/tanktop. Also there's nothing wrong in using a shirtless character.
