Pop-ins progressively getting more prevalent?

I know there's a few threads on pop-in issues, but hey..

So I've had GTA V since the release date and I hardly noticed any texture rendering issues/pop-ins, but playing today I'm seeing pop-ins of signs and bins ect just as I'm driving past them. If it was just the bins/minor details I'd be fine, but personally it becomes a big problem when things like traffic lights are popping in at a pretty close problem.

I've also installed the play disc on a USB and not much improvement. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am experiencing it, but I don't mind it because these are old consoles after all. If and when GTA V comes to PS4, I hope though that there will be no pop ins whatsoever.

Yes.. but I doubt R* intended pop-ins to be happening as you drive past. Especially for assets such as traffic lights. Also, like I said, it was fine the first time I played it but it's become extremely noticeable.

I haven't seen pop ins yet, at least not big ones like traffic lights. :D

Try not to play it from a HDD, use the play DVD to play it instead, if you want no pop-ins.

I'm giving the game back if this isn't fixed.

Everything was fine at the start, ever since I unlocked Trevor the texture pop-in has been ridiculous.

Oily buildings and bridges in the distance, mountains look like terrain from Fallout 3. Bushes, trees, sign-posts, pedestrians appearing out of nowhere. It was all working perfect before, now it's unbearable.

It's as if the draw distance has gradually deteriorated since I reached the outer Los Santos area.

I feel scammed by Rockstar here.

I'm on an Xbox and haven't installed the play disc.

Hugely disappointed. I was enjoying the game so much.
