Anyone notice how women cannot be naked in Online yet there are naked women at the mansion...

This makes so little sense.

Little kids play online. You can't subject them to bewbs... profanity, murder, drugs, violence yes, but naked bewbs! :O

little kids should not be playing online, or even be present in the room while playing, surely. parenting is where these decisions are made...it is a mature rated game meaning you have to be able to process the information in a mature way. I think more clothes and clothing options need to be added to SP, never mind online. Accessories like chains, watches, scarfs etc should be cumulative like the tattoos, instead of replace each other...

In order to unlock campaign outfits, you must beat the game. From there on you will be able to wear all outfits from the single-player campaign. An "underwear" option also becomes available, allowing for Michael, Trevor, and Franklin to be shirtless.

What he said^ exactly. For shirtless, the "Tops" section in your wardrobe will list it as an option. For underwear, you can purchase various boxers at different clothing stores and they will be available under the "Shorts" section in your wardrobe.
