So I'm watching Kotaku play and the map doesn't seem as large as I first thought it would be. Maybe I just need to play for myself or maybe the underwater portion of the game is part of the size. Anyone else agree or have any thoughts on this?

A friend of mine his brother played the game and my friend watched him playing the game he said to me that the map is enormous and it does also feel big so don't worry about, you can't compare the map with ingame.

I haven't played it yet but I'm kind of skeptical. Kotaku said it only took 6 minutes to travel across from one end of the map to the other and many others are say it isn't as big and Rockstar greatly exaggerated and that it's definitely not the size of RDR, GTA IV and GTA SA combined. Really hope it doesn't seem like this.

Last night, driving from Franklins house, all the way around the coast, to where the Del Perro Freeway goes into the tunnel took me over 22 minutes. And that's by driving normal. That is amazing. Now imagin if that entire space was city, it could have taken over an hour.
