Everything outside the missions is optional, isn't it?

I like almost everything about GTA5, yoga is not one of those things. Who cares about yoga really? :D

Okay come on guys I get that R* should have spent time on some of the interiors and other features of the game but I am interested to see what the yoga "missions" are like. Yoga-Everyone-_t2qd.gif43404-Kate-Beckinsale-yoga-pants-hot-xtX

I sort of agree but every game has had extra stuff that didn't really matter. In no way does it take away from the game though.

I actually like the idea. Do you just want it to be like gta IV where you can't do jacksh*t besides the missions?

Are you saying that Yoga gives you health increase? I hope so because it looks pretty damn low so far. It is a useful addition in that case.

I wish some people would actually do Yoga in real life, instead of doing it on a game. When they're playing the game, mentally, they're like "I need to lose weight for my character..". In the real world, they can't wait to pick up a double quarter pounder and watch reruns of their favorite cowboy show.

i've seen it, it's like the dancing minigame but super slow, you just move the sticks the way it says, hold it a sec then move the other way... like yoga basically.

Yeah, I agree with the op.  It's a silly addition in place of other things that could potentially be in the game.  I don't mind "pointless" activities in the game, just not at the expense of other features that actually have replay value like handcuffing people (similar to RDR), gambling, etc.

I found the dancing in San Andreas pointless but it was still nearly a perfect game to me. As long as it's not required which dancing was in one mission in SA.

Then don't do it.

I'm happy with the feature. It's not much, but it's nice to see something like that in here. If you don't like it, don't do it. Simple as that.

This.
Totally this.
I wish I was flexible enough for yoga irl. I am interested in it. But I can't imagine how it would raise stats or anything else in a game. lol Maybe Stamina increases?

Imo, I'm not too fond of yoga being added either. If I want to exercise I'll go to a gym or jog a couple laps around the block in real life. But hey, maybe it's not pointless. Can anybody confirm if yoga raises any stats like stamina, ect?

Not the first time, the first time yoga is a mission. And it sucks.

I dont really know why they added this. I guess because thats what yuppies do, but it definitely is a total waste, especially considering about the surprising fact that there are very few interiors in the game (always an issue with GTA games).

I know some seriously f*cked up criminals that are deep in to yoga and cycling..

gardening too, wonder why they didn't make that a minigame. I am being half-serious though.

You need to put your thumb sticks into positions and then breath in and out with the triggers.

Yeah, does doing Yoga ACTUALLY reward you with anything? If you fives you increased health or stamina then it may be worth trying.
