Hi!

I have old Xbox 360 premium with 20 gb hard drive, but only 13,5 GB free space. So I wonder if I can use ANY pendrive to fully install GTA V game? For example i put in 4g pen drive, I will get 17,5gb free space from two devices and GTA V require 16,5gb. Will I able to install GTA V then? Or is it even possible to install gta 5 on hard drive + 2 extended pendrives at once?

I'm wondering also if it's still better to install on the harddrive than it is on a USB.

R* recommends you to not install the 2nd disc.

It works perfect for me by installing on USB, after the game is installed it asks you to put in disc 2, so it's better not to install the second disk.

Played for about 8 hours and no problem for me :D The game runs smooth so it doesn't matter if you install it in USB or Hard Drive

The mandatory install is about 7800 mb so if I was you I would install it in Hard Drive.

I have been playing the game since friday on a USB stick and everything works perfectly fine, so don't worry.

No. Iam asking if its possible to combine space from hard drive(13 GB) with USB drive (4gb) to make full install of 16GB. I have an old xbox 360 premium which runs from 2007. Iam worry about dvd player it has to stop working soon so i wanted to make full installation of 16 gb, but i only have 13  gb left on my old 20gb disc.

So Iam asking is it possible to combine space from hard drive and usb drive to make one, huge installation + I would like to know how exact space is required to install GTA V, because i have only 2gb usb flashdrive spear and i wonder if this space combined with xbox harddrive(15.9gb) will be enough or i would have to buy 4gb usb drive to fully install the game.

They recommend you install the first disc to hard drive or 16Gb usb pendrive. If you want to install the whole game, it needs to be on two separate discs, apparently, for best performance, so you could install the first disc to hard drive and the second to 16Gb usb drive. No, you cannot mix up small pendrives for a game install. It needs to be 16Gb, because an 8Gb one is in fact smaller than 8Gb. Not all pendrives are compatible. Sandisk ones are most likely to work.

But when i connected my 2gb pendrive xbox had an option to mix space on both devices(harddrive and pendrive) making one, bigger disc space of 16gb (13,5 + 2gb).
