I could list plenty of things that is unrealistic about the whole GTA series. 

you can go and kill 100000 cops and escape? unrealistic much.... 

 

they send the army(sa) for one guy? gtfoh

 

 

they send the SWAT for one guy in RL and no one is complaining about that.

Its a long list... GTA is a mix between FUN and REALISM. Its not a reality simulator.
