Alot of people will say VC purely becasue of 80s classics but i liked SA with KDST and K rose, nothing like driving on a freeway with a horse with no name playing

San Andreas, with Vice City being a close second. San Andreas had such a kickass rock/metal station with Radio X and a great rap station with Radio Los Santos. Vice City hit the nail on the head with V-Rock.

Vice City. SA is close second. I still hear "I Ran" and instantly think of GTA. And V-Rock kicked ass too.

Vice City. When you meet Lance at the boat and "Dance Hall Ways" kicks in. It is still the best climactic scene in the gta series.

San Andreas for me because just like someone else mentioned nothing for me compared to driving around San Andreas countryside with A Horse With No Name blaring out it felt great.  Gotta find a suitable GTA V replacement I suppose but i'm sure one track will just grow on me as my Countryside driving song just like A Horse With No Name did.

San Andreas barely above Vice City.  Vice City has Emotion, Espantoso (the best hispanic GTA station ever) and wave (my three favs) but San Andreas has Radio Los Santos, Radio X, K-DST, K-Rose and new jack swing (can't remember the name of it).

IV and V just haven't lived up to VC and SA. There are some great songs on there no doubt but as a whole they just don't compare.

San Andreas and Vice City. Good early 90s Rap and solid Country/Metal in SA and for VC everything just suited it.

Vice City for me. But San Andreas also has some good radio stations. My favorite is K-DST.

All of the GTA games had good music depending on the station, but if I had to pick a game with good music overall, I'd have to say GTA 3. Not sure why, though. Probably nostalgia's sake.

San Andreas and V (until I get sick of it anyway). San Andreas was varied and fun, and V had good stations all around.

My least favorite was IV. Every song sounded kind of underwhelming and boring, and I had to keep switching stations to avoid getting bored.
