1. All three protagonists are completely customizable. They can be altered to a point to where they don't even resemble their original selves. Don't like Trevor's balding hairstyle? Give him a mohawk and a big goatee. Does Michael's clean look bother you? Shave his head and give him a massive beard. The variety in clothing is huge. Trevor, Franklin, and Michael will change their own outfits if you leave them unattended long enough.

2. The car damage is MUCH improved since Rockstar's last GTA installment. Each type of vehicle reacts different to damage. A truck will be able to take more physical damage than a standard car would. Heavier vehicles will destroy lighter vehicles upon contact. The stronger the vehicle, the more it will take for damage to be dealt to its exterior. Vehicles CAN be upgraded in a body shop with armor. It's pricey, but it will make your vehicle withstand more damage.

3. If you are a Rockstar Social Club Member, you will get bonus content upon playing the game. This includes new hairstyles and beards, a new gun, and a few other nice goodies. If you reached the maximum level in Max Payne 3's multiplayer, you will also get bonus content.

4. Forklifts, Bulldozers, and Tow Trucks are fully operational. You control the scoop/lift/hook with the left joystick.

5. Chop has a full list of commands. He can be told to wait, attack, or even fetch. His ball is located in your grenade slot.

6. Random Encounters was introduced in Red Dead Redemption, and it's making it's way to GTA V. Spontaneous events will randomly happen throughout the world, and it's up to you to do something. You walk into a store and see two muggers robbing the place. They run out the door with the loot. Do you chase them down and get the money back, or let them go? Do you kill them and take the loot for yourself, or return it for a reward? It's up to you to decide. There is dozens of Random Encounters throughout San Andreas.

Question, can you change the colour of your clothes?

You can't change the colour yourself.

But in the Gameplay Trailer it showed Franklin buying clothes and there was College Jacket's in different colours.

GTA V is actually GTA IV with less car damage

You haven't seen gameplay, have you? V's car damage blows IV away

It does, indeed. People see these videos that are recorded with cell phones with 5p quality, and assume that their is no car damage. It's not like in GTA IV where a car falls apart after hitting a light pole going 17mph.

I hated how easily your hood would go flying off. V seems to be the best of both worlds: awesome damage and cars are bit tougher so they last longer

I knew all of that.
Also I'll add to the list

4: Forklifts, Bulldozers and tow trucks are fully operational and the scoop/forks/hook are operated with up and down on the left joystick.

5: Chop can play fetch using a ball in the grenade slot.

6: your character's special ability is activated by pressing L3 and R3 at the same time.

I was trolling haha, but no way, GTA IV's was way better, I'm not disappointing by V's, but I prefer IV's more.

V will blow IV away in every other aspect though.

:) I fully acknowledged that this may be delineated as trivial, microcosmic detail; however, I would love to expose it to the masses

For the very first time in a Grand Theft Auto installment, and synonymous to 'Mafia II', the tires of your vehicle will lock into the direction in which they are turned. They will not revert back to the neutral position. :)

You must keep the tires angled just as you exit the vehicle, and the tires will remain locked. Moreover, vehicles will spawn with variation; some are parked with straight tires, while others are angled left or right.  :)

As you can see in this provided screen capture, the e-Cola supply truck is parked with its tires angled slightly to the left.

Are mohawks really a hairstyle you can give each of them? If so, I'm really looking forward to that, lol.

I just updated the list. I will be updating it as facts roll out. Feel free to post more. I will clarify that they are indeed real, and add them to the original post if they are worth mentioning, and/or unknown to many.

No seriously I was watching some streams of free roaming gameplay and in two instances (hit by a train, run over by a

Spoiler
) the damage was much better than IV. Wheels come off and the crumpling, scratches, dents, and broken glass is a huge improvement.

Yes. Throughout San Andreas, meaning you can find them throughout the entire world. Across works as well though.

The biggest thing that I saw that was available to drive was a huge jumbo jet/plane. There is also a huge blimp that's flyable. I haven't seen one thing that you can't drive.
