I watched a Stream where it prompted Franklin to go get a haircut, then on the mini map the barber shop icon appeared.
Maybe this is the case with other interiors, ya'll need to calm down. So many f*cking bitches complaining.

Why do you trust this guy anyway? Wait until you play the game for yourselves. Patches are also a possibility

You guys keep saying "8 YEAR CONSOLE HURRR DUURRR DURRRR I'M A AUTISTIC COCK SUCKER 8 YEAR OLD CONSOLE DURRRR HERP ITS OLD", but what you don't know is that interiors don't cause performance drops. When you enter and exit an interior it takes you to an entirely different location. Like in gtaSA when you walked into the arrow and it loaded for a second and you appeared inside the interior. gtaIV and I'm quite sure gtaV has the same concept except there is no loading time. Interiors won't have any affect on performance only space on your HDD. So stfu about the hardware being 8 years old. It's rockstar's fault for using this gen instead of the next gen that is being released in just a couple months.
OT: I really do hope later in the game interiors are unlocked. If not though I will be thoroughly disappointed because the way R* hyped the game it seemed like 80% of the buildings in V would have interiors.

I bought the game early on Friday night and been playing since then so I have enough time to judge.
Stuff you CAN'T enter:
Shopping mall [Rockford Plaza - saw an escalator inside but can't enter]
Airport Interior [saw a window with stuff inside but can't enter]
Well Stacked Pizza Co.
Donut Shops
Movie Theater
Police Station
Cluckin' Bell
Burger Shot
Up-N-Atom
Hospitals
Certain stores
Do you guys remember Tequi-La-La from GTAV Trailer #1? Remember the scene where the bouncer throws the guy out of the club? Well I went there in the game and it's LOCKED, YOU CAN'T ENTER IT, THERE ISN'T EVEN A WINDOW.
I am hoping that we unlock all of the above as we play through the game, otherwise I've been disappointed by the lack of interiors. The game itself is still amazing but definitely brings down the score a lot. What the f*ck did they delay the game for if we can't even have interiors?
Can anyone give me some input on this? Do you know if we unlock it down the road?
This stuff is only enterable in GTA Online you damn noob.
why would they only allow it for online?

Simple.. because some of those places would be ONLINE oriented...
For example...(IN THEORY) The CASINO would be a whole place setup as a later DLC even... I mean it's a smart move. One day Rockstar will be like...
"NEW FOR GTA ONLINE! You and your crew can play with your money in fashion!! Enter the CASINO and play poker, slots, blackjack, roulette, craps, go to the casino bar and drink your losses away, or watch a show by the coochie-cooch girls!! .... Live your VEGAS dreams.. (outside of Vegas!)... for $14.99!"
I could see them making that move.

Rockstar's next open world game for Next Gen will rock the world. Imagine them working with the new tech.
I get shivers just from thinking about it...If they managed to pull this off in current gen...imagine the next one. OMFG!

Nah, it's not their fault. They spent a lot of time and money on the game just so they can hear snotty, whiny little douchebags like you crying about pointless sh*t in their games. That's exactly why they made the game - to hear your sh*tty complaints about a great game.
Oh I'm sorry you didn't read my f*cking post. Apparently you missed how I was schooling people on how interiors actually work and how easily they are implanted. Instead you want to bitch about how rockstar spent a lot of time and money on V. Well as a matter of fact, I assure you a lot of time and money also when into the online portion, the portion that thoroughly continues to fail on IV because of constant noobs going around and spamming you with rockets. Lets not forget them assholes on the 360 hacking all the time. I much rather leave V sp only and have content added to make it feel like the hype rockstar made it out to be. Instead we get a bunch of buildings to look at in one f*cking city and a bunch of forests to "get lost in". Lets not forget the underwater portion that I'm sure won't get used to much. Instead of underwater, it would've been f*cking awesome to parachute from space. I much rather have a full scaled moon than a sea floor. Think about it, how many times do you hear someone say irl "damn I want to see the sea floor and explore the oceans". No they always wish they could go to outer space.

If there's no loading time, then that means they're part of one big world.
When the game loads an area, it loads everything including the interiors, so you can have the seamless transition of just walking into a building. So the consoles are limiting the game because they don't have enough power.
Other games, like Skyrim, have loading screens between locations for this reason. There are mods for the PC version which open some of these areas up, but it takes a great PC to do it. It's the same principle here.

Why do I get the feeling that they are going to make gta online have even more than the single player? Like interiors and stuff.. I feel like gta online
is really going to be something big and single player is just the build up for it.
Makes you wonder! Partly through hope, of course
You're right though, I think we might see the usual multiplayer-tacked-on-the-back-of-the-title model really flipped about this time. R* aren't afraid to invent a better way of doing what everyone else thinks is standard!

No ones at fault here, because the game really does border next gen it's incredible and to be honest im also sick of hearing the console 8 year thing, because no matter what they are still powerful and were made to last 10years.

R* never hyped the game to make it look 80% percent of interiors were entrable, I think you overhyped the game a little to believe that number of interiors would be entrable.

It is not enterable in the sense that you buy the movie ticket outfront and you are suddenly inside. You don't have control over it. From what i saw all you can do inside is make the screen close or further from you.
Ummmm YES you can enter the movie theater I seen it streamed, so I can only guess what else you got wrong in the OP.

I don't have the game yet and I won't have it till it's out for PC, but I'm guessing this thread is based on wrong information or it's another troll fest.
In many previews it was said there were HOSPITALS, some very rich and huge and others small and with people in the corridors. This was said by companies that saw the game (not sure who, but was like IGN or something). So assuming they were talking the truth and saw it and that in IV you had access to hospital, burger shops (they had a use)... I call most of this BS.
Also makes no sense that buildings are locked in Single player and opened in Online ... makes no sense at all specially if the reason are hardware limitations, the files need to be in the hard disk and and the console will process them for single or online game...

lol, what?
the consoles were well outdated just a year or 2 after their release (i would mark it as the time Crysis came out) and even the ps4 and xbox one are already outdated even though they haven't hit the shelves.

I heard a rumour that you need to buy those properties (as a business) to enter it... its probably lies but you never know.

So I cant enter a certain place until i buy it. not a bad idea. of owning your own business and properties. it's just like san andreas. I dont know why your complaining about a damn burger shop! omfg. pre-order cancelled right?!
