After installing and running the game I get the the first two walls of text before this message pops up; 'GTA IV FATAL ERROR: Unable to create depth render target - Please re-install DirectX and/or install the latest video card driver'.

How can I get past this and play?

Also I'm not entirely sure my if I have the minimum requirements. These are Dxdiag results and I don't really understand them to be honest

Operating system: Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601)

System Manufacturer: TOSHIBA

System Model: Satellite Pro L300

BIOS: Default System BIOS

Processor: Intel® Pentium®

                  Dual CPU T2390 @ 1.86GHz (2 CPU's), ~ 1.9GHz

Memory: 2048MB RAM

Page file: 2896MB used, 1179MB available

DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Also the device chip type on the display tab is:

Mobile Intel® 965 Express Chipset Family

Thanks for your time

Your cpu barely meets requirements, but the real problem is your video card. You need a 256mb video card with shader 3.0 support to meet IV's minimum requirements. Your card has no shader support at all and is 128mb.
