Maybe some Infinite Health mod is installed, Or simply the Cheat is activated.

What's the cheat ? and I don't think there's any cheat that makes you HP grow up after it goes down . Is it BAGUVIX ?

While testing a mission health bars usually go back up. It shouldn't do that in playing mode.

I think it's because you are using DYOM v.6. I also think that DYOM v.6 had that. You should use DYOM v.7

Crappy crap , I finally have DYOM to work , after all I did , I won't risk installing it again .. and also I have no health mod .

Friend, just download DYOM V.7 ZIP file then extract and copy everything and overwrite them over the DYOM files in your User files directory. You don't have to reinstall GTA SA again.

Hmm... you did it when you were playing the mission or inside DYOM interface. Because when you are in DYOM interface (where you have the menu, etc...) if you lose health the game gains it automatically again, except if you die.

And if you were playing a mission i don't know, there must be some kind of cheat or mod you have that makes infinite health
