You have never driven a boat. Your argument is invalid.

I wouldn't say GTA IV's driving sucked, because I really liked it, but GTA V's driving is much better.

it looks

Goodbye. Go play it first.

By the looks Mafia 2's driving felt arcadish but when I played it, it was OK. Same may be here for everyone.

Have you ever driven boats or cars at high speed through a corner? Cars actually behave very similarily as the did in GTA IV.

Driving in IV was amazing, all V needed to do was tighten the suspension to reduce the "boatlike" but still keep the weight, and it would have been perfect.

Having been in quite a few boats, I can tell you IV's vehicle handling was nothing like driving boats. It was very realistic, though the cars were a bit slippery.

With that being said I think V will be just fine and its just an overreaction.

I belong to the small group who hates IV driving. It is really hard with a keyboard. Since most of the console players seems to love IV driving, i assume it is not that difficult with a controller.

I actually liked the driving in GTA IV. But in V, we have much more freedom to control our cars. :)

I don't understand any of you who hated GTA 4's driving! It was perfect. This looks like Sleeping Dogs' driving. Certainly not the best they could've made it.

Any who disliked GTA 4's driving physics just didn't take the time to learn how to drive, you just expected to immediately know exactly how to handle all cars. You shouldn't expect to be able to handle a corner drift at 200mph, THAT'S unrealistic.

These people who say it was like boats are the fa**ots who sucked at the game and didnt want to use brakes...stop jumping on the bandwaggon and saying the word boats, driving in V looks floaty and turns incredibly unrealistic and sharp, not to mention the non-existant suspension

Anyone that say gta 4 handling was realistic should jump if a bridge!! Every car felt like a boat "wobbly wobbly drop it like its hot" When you say realistic say forza & gt5 not saying gta needs to be great like them they are racing games! But gta needs grip at high speeds every single car on 4 handles....wait, hold up, like a damn boat! So u guys need to cut it out if gta 4 was realistic the gt5 and forza is like tracking 40 years In the future!

Driving with a keyboard makes no difference in GTA IV. It's just as easy.
