That was confirmed in one of the trailers, where Trevor throws a guy in a trailer & collects the bounty from a fat woman....

I think it's only mission specific, doubt you could do it to a random npc. Really hope I am wrong
Well, while watching one of the gameplay videos, I'm pretty sure I caught a glance at a taser gun, in ammu-nation, maybe that's got something to do with bounties...

Lol I was thinking, that we'll be able to kidnap someone for ransom, and tie him to a chair in our save house.. then the police will come and rescue him. Or you decide his fate

taser was leaked in the guides
Tasers were confirmed to be in the game, as mentioned in the guide, and Ammunation stores sell stun guns, along with the GTA V website saying the police are armed with them.

they did it in RDR- no idea why they left it out or how you transport persons in bounty hunting

the guy is not tazed nor tied.
No idea how that sh*t works. why not just use the RDR system. I just dont get it.
same sh*t as with the robbing peds,,, why not in a game which is about heists and robberys

It sort of looks like he is somewhat cuffed in that picture, notice the black things on his wrist and how his arms are placed in the air

It's supposed to be the bounty system, but i have not seen it in action... yet. im sure that's where the RDR inspired idea came from. But from what i know the target needs to be alive to collect on the ransom.

Maude is the bail bonds lady at the trailer that we seen in pics and inthe gta v trailer.
Unfortunatly not a RDR style what I hoped for, no putting anyone in the trunk what I also hoped for after seeing that one pic of a car with open trunk.
Maybe they will add it eventually, you never know.
Hope this helps.

The way "Bail Bond Missions" thats what it's called work and I quote from the brady games guide. "Once the suspect surrenders, he follows you into any vehicle (except a motorcycle) no matter how far you have to walk to reach one. It's not necessary to reinstate your authority by pointing a weapon at him; he just follows you. Load him up and drive him back to Maude.
