I'm looking for cutscene viewer for Vice City. I saw a few weeks ago that a member playing Vice City normally but the cutscene is moving in front of him ?

How can i get this thing ? Is this anything like Dyom or something else ?

Search on gtagarage.com for a mod made by spaceeinstein. I think he released it a long time ago.

There is a mod called All In One Mod. I can't find it is he online in here ?

It's a custom mod. It's not available for download.

 

You can try to PM him, but he isn't much active recently.
